These premium-performance, high-excursion, 12-inch subwoofers boast modern, elegant looks and specs that are sure to satisfy even the most de- manding car audiophile, the company said. The production models boast 60mm of peak-to-peak Xmax with 3-inch ultra-high temperature voice coils that are capable of handling 1200w RMS. These premium subwoofers also offer triple-stacked, 230oz FEA optimized magnetic motor structures. Integrated into the motor structure is a radial vent- ed cooling system that allows airf ow through the magnetic gap, across the voice coil then exit directly through the radial vents to provide 30 percent more eff cient cooling. The diecast alumi- num basket houses all the wiring connection in a single location for easy installation wiring. Pricing for both the Elit- e212d2 and Elite212d4 is $700, and both models are now available. The company lauded this as the f rst true waterproof submersible headphone multipoint device that allows for two phones to be paired to the same device. Features include IPX7 Marine Grade water-resistant construction; soft, padded textured inner lining for comfort and grip; behind-the-head design to eliminate tangles and provide a light, comfortable f t; 48 hours of play and talk time; and caller ID with TTS (text to speech) technology, which allows user to hear actual contact names and not just numbers.
